AMLTranche Refer & Reward Terms

The terms that apply when you refer a business to AMLTranche.

Version 1.0 Last updated 2 October 2026 Governing law Victoria, Australia
Read together with the Terms of Service, Billing Terms and Privacy Policy. These terms cover who can refer, what makes a referral valid, and how the referral credit is earned and applied. Access to and use of the Platform is governed by the Terms of Service; fees and invoicing by the Billing Terms; and personal information by the Privacy Policy.

1. The program

Refer a business to AMLTranche and receive a $30 AMLTranche account credit when they become a paying customer.

By submitting a referral, you agree to these terms. We may change, pause or end the program at any time. Changes apply only to referrals submitted after the change takes effect.

2. Who can refer

You can participate if you are an active AMLTranche customer and your account has no overdue invoices.

AMLTranche employees and contractors cannot participate.

3. Valid referrals

A referral is valid if the business:

If you are unsure whether a business is already known to us, please contact us before referring them.

We aim to confirm whether a referral is valid within five business days.

4. When you receive the reward

A referral is successful when the referred business:

  1. 1.Becomes an AMLTranche customer; and
  2. 2.Pays its first AMLTranche subscription invoice in full.

Once this happens, we will apply a $30 AMLTranche account credit to your account.

You can receive one credit for each successful referred business. There is no limit on the number of successful referrals you can make.

5. When the credit is applied

We will apply the credit within 30 days after the referred business has paid its first eligible invoice in full.

The credit will be applied to your next AMLTranche invoice. If the credit is greater than the invoice amount, the remaining balance will carry forward to future AMLTranche invoices.

6. Duplicate referrals

If more than one person refers the same business, only the first valid referral we receive will qualify for the credit.

7. Credit conditions

The $30 credit:

8. Invalid or reversed referrals

We may check referrals before or after issuing a credit.

We may withhold, delay or reverse a credit if:

If a credit has already been used, we may remove the credit from a future invoice or add the amount to your next invoice.

9. Privacy and permission

Before referring a business, you must have their permission to share their contact details with us and for us to contact them about AMLTranche.

When we contact them, we may tell them who referred them. We will handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Your professional obligations

If you receive a benefit for referring one of your clients, you are responsible for meeting any professional, industry or legal disclosure obligations that apply to you.

11. Tax

Any tax consequences from receiving the credit are your responsibility. The credit is treated as a discount on your AMLTranche fees, not a payment for services.

If you are unsure about the tax treatment, please speak with your accountant or tax adviser.

12. Other terms

These terms operate alongside the AMLTranche Terms of Service and Billing Terms and Conditions.

We will decide, acting reasonably, whether a referral is valid and whether a credit is payable. If you disagree with a decision, please contact us and we will review it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
